The business is the proving ground

Project Dogfood is our record of building AI tools and using them to build and run the business. The goal is practical: solve problems we encounter ourselves, then make the useful parts available to others.

Using a tool ourselves is evidence about a particular workflow. It is not proof that every feature works for every person. Each post should make clear what was tried, what happened, and what remains unfinished.

What we will share

Expect product walkthroughs, implementation decisions, experiments, and lessons from actual use. We will link posts to the relevant tools and distinguish working releases from demonstrations and plans.

When we use another product for a job, we will say so. The point is to build useful software and explain our decisions honestly—not to pretend that every part of the business already runs on Hopper.

Two ways to build with us

Open Source offers standalone tools and their code. Pro Source adds the connected system and continuing paid improvements. Both are informed by the same practical work; neither requires you to accept a claim without seeing what the product can do.
