One person, connected across apps
What we observed when a contact changed while a calendar event was open.
A small, concrete demonstration
In a disposable local workspace, we created a contact, explicitly created and linked a person, and selected that person in a calendar event. With the event details still open, we changed the contact name and email in another tab. The event updated to show the new details.
This demonstrated a Contacts → People → Calendar connection in the development workspace. It was not a public release, and it does not establish that every other app relationship is complete.
Why the distinction matters
A standalone contacts app and a standalone calendar can both be useful. The connected edition adds the relationship between them, so changes can follow the person rather than requiring another manual copy.
That is the kind of behavior Pro is intended to deliver. Future walkthroughs will show more connections as they are implemented and checked.
